  • Can I Bring My Own Bike on tours?
    Yes! Bring your own bike or scooter just don't add a bike at check out. We suggest also bringing your own helmets and lights, but we rent those seperately for $5 if desired.
  • What Is The Minimum Age To Join A Tour?
    13 years old. If you have younger children and would like to go on a tour, please email us at ryan@rideokc.com to inquire about booking a private tour. For the Brewery Tour you must be at least 21 years old with valid photo ID to participate.
  • Are Reservations Required for a Tour?
    Reservations are required for every tour we offer with Ride OKC. Make reservations by clicking here.
  • How Do I Make a Reservation?
    Make a reservation by clicking here. If you are a larger party please contact us with your anticipated day and number of riders. If want to come on a tour but don't see the time you want available. Please call or email us! We don't want anyone to miss out on a tour with Ride OKC!
  • Where Do Your Tours Begin?
    Tours begin on the West Side of the Myriad Botanical Gardens at the cross streets of South Hudson and North Sheridan. Look for the our black cargo trailer parked on the street near 400 W California Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. If you can't find us call 405-309-9696.
  • Do You Offer Group Deals or Discounts?
    We're more than happy to accommodate a large groups and can offer special discounts for groups of 8 or more. Send an e-mail to hello@rideokc.com today so we can arrange a great tour for you!
  • Do You Provide Any Discounts Through Any Local Discount Cards?
    Yes, we are a proud partner of the OKCity Card and Scissortail Park Membership. Please visit www.okcitycard.com or https://scissortailpark.org/become-a-member/ for more information on the discount we provide.
  • What Is Included In The Tour?
    Local guide Lightweight and comfortable bike made for city riding. Bikes have a back-pedal breaks, hand brake. Helmet (optional) Bell Other items will vary based on type of tour.
  • What time should I arrive?
    We try our best to ensure our guests are comfortably fitted to their bicycle and gear, so please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of our tour. We will begin promptly at the scheduled time to go over general safety and start the tour!
  • What Should I Wear?
    Try to dress for the weather. Wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Street attire is great.
  • What is your Refund and Cancellation Policy?
    For Rentals, your payment is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance. For Standard Bike Tours, your payment is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Special Edition Tours are non refundable. Custom Tours and Private Tours require a non-refundable deposit. If you have any questions please contact us at hello@rideokc.com.
  • What if it Rains?
    Ride OKC tours go out in the rain unless it's so stormy that it will hinder your ability to have fun. Our tours also make frequent stops along the way, so we'll have opportunities to get off the bikes and dry off. Living in Oklahoma has taught us that the weather can change at any minute so we'll make the decision to ride or not at the start time of the tour. Please show up on time and ready to ride! If we decide to cancel we'll give you the option to re-schedule or issue a full refund. We also have rain ponchos available for $1 if the need arises. Please check the weather before coming and dress accordingly!
  • Can I Book A Tour Just For My Family or Friends?

  • Do You Have Equipment Or Trailers To Carry Kids?
    Yes! Add a kids trailer or co-pilot at checkout or rent one at www.rideokc.com/rentals
  • Do You Need To Be Avid Cyclist To Join A Bike Tour?
    No way! Our tours have been designed so that riders of all skill levels can participate. Our tours last 3 to 4 hours, and average below 10 miles round trip. We make frequent stops every 5-10 minutes to relax, get off the bikes, and see cool stuff.
  • Is It Safe To Ride On The Streets Of Oklahoma City?
    We take safety very seriously. We've ridden these streets many times and have selected the safest routes available. We also ride primarily on roads with shared bike lanes and require all our guests to wear helmets and ride a bike equipped with rear flashing bike light. That said, we do encounter some traffic, so riders should feel comfortable riding along side cars and trucks. Experience riding in a city is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Can I Leave the Tour Early?
    Unfortunately on our public tours we are not able to accommodate this request unless an unexpected emergency arises. If you are interested in a shorter tour please inquire about a private tour. Send an e-mail to ryan@rideokc.com for availability and pricing information.
  • Will The Tour Always End On the Scheduled Time?
    We ask all of our guests to have flexibility in when a tour is scheduled to end, as there are factors that can extend the length of a tour. Such as a flat tire or just everyone is having too much fun and we lost track of time! Please allow an additional 30-40 minutes at the end of each tour.
  • Should I Tip The Guides?
    Only if you insist! Our guides love what they do, but the hustle is hard. Tipping is customary in the U.S. service industry and is an important component of our guides’ compensation.
  • Do You Accept Credit Cards?
    Yes, We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
  • How Long Are The Rides?
    Art and Architecture Tour is 2.5 hours long and 8 miles. Brewery Tour is 3.5 hours long and 9 miles. Cookie Tour is 3 hours long and 7 miles. Custom Tours vary.
  • Does Ride OKC provide Bicycles and Helmets?
    Yes. We have a fleet of 15 custom bicycles and helmets available for tours as well as a kids bike trailer. Please send us an email at hello@rideokc.com to inquire about additional kids options.
  • What Kind of Bikes are Provided?
    We've partnered with Priority Bicycles to bring you the latest in technology. The easy to ride 3 speed bikes are internally geared and come with a belt instead of a chain for reduced maintenance. No more grease or pointy sprockets to catch your clothes. The bikes are comprised of lightweight aluminum frames and puncture resistant tires to keep your ride worry free. Helmet (optional) and water bottle cage are also come standard with each bike rental. Front basket available upon request.
  • Are Helmets Required to worn?
    No. Helmets are optional and are available to all our guests and no extra charge. Helmets are not required by law in the state of Oklahoma, however for your safety we highly recommend and encourage helmets to be worn by all our participants.
  • What is the smallest group tour you will do?
    We require a minimum number of 3 riders total to move forward with a tour. They can be from different unrelated parties but that's the only way its financially feasible for us. If we don't mee the minimum, we will notify you 24 hours in advance of your tour and offer a full refund or the opportunity to be moved to a different date.
