COVID-19 Precautions & Procedures:
We take your safety, and the safety of our guides and local community, very seriously. We understand these are unpredictable times, and local, state and nationwide conditions could change at any moment. We are doing our best to plan an event that puts safety first while not sacrificing a good time.
To check-in for a tour, you will be required to:

Social distance. Six feet, please. No exceptions.

Wear a mask, during the entire check-in process, when indoors, and when unable to social distance. No exceptions.

Have your temperature read by a member of our staff at check-in. Participants with a temperature above 100°F will not be permitted entry. No exceptions.
We have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.

Enhanced Cleaning - We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting bicycles and helmets before and after each tour. Hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.

Wellness Checks - Our tour guides wear masks, wash their hands, and receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, notify us within 24 hours of your tour and we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule.
